Royal offers free, no obligation, online quotes. Simply fill out our online quote form and provide as much detail as possible. Our staff will provide a quote via email within 24 hours.
How much do you charge?
All of royal atlantis services are billed per project, not per hour. This allows us to provide our clients with accurate pricing upfront. Our quotes are guaranteed and will not change throughout the project process.
What is included in a website design order?
Royal offers unprecedented dollar value quality designs. Standard website design orders include a homepage and inner page design, however we are capable of producing websites with any amount of pages if required. Each design order includes the following:
- unlimited revisions until you're satisfied
- complete PSD source files
- image folder containing all design images
- css styles sheet
- html coded design ready for online use
- customer support once project is completed
Can I make changes to the design?
Once an order is placed with our team, our staff will start the design process. Typically within 72 hours we will have a "draft" for viewing. We offer unlimited revisions within the original project description.
What is included in a typical website development/programming order?
- programming completed exactly as ordered
- professionally programmed with your required applications
- unlimited bug testing and repair (if required)
- personalized customer support during entire development process
- complete design with unlimited revisions (see design order notes)

What happens if I need help when the order is complete?
Once you become a Royal Atlantis client, your project is stored for life. If you ever have a future inquiry relating to a current or past project, you can simply log in to your royal user account, select the appropriate project and post a message for our staff to review and reply. Customer support is offered for life.
How long does an order take to be completed?
Typically, design project drafts are viewable between 24 to 72 hours. Once viewed and approved our staff will complete the coding of the design and deliver the order within 48 hours after approval. Website programming and development orders depend on the specific project. Our timeline is stated at the time of quotation. Weekends and Holidays are not included in our timelines.
Do you offer special discounts?

What are the payment terms? What type of payments do you accept?
All orders require a 50% deposit upon ordering and 30% payment upon compleastion of the Design Stage of the project. The final payment of 20% is due upon completion and prior to handover. Royal accepts payment via paypal.com (direct transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, online cheques), moneybookers.com payments, cash, personal and business cheques (pending clearance), western union and online e-transfers with all Major Banks.
